I have NEVER been more disgusted with americanair than right now! Not only did they DESTROY our $430 jogging stroller & not even give us a loaner for a vacation, they are still making it impossible for us to get it replaced 2 months later. Not cool, AA.
also, americanair it's disgusting that you would not value the safety of a ten month old baby. Unbelievable.
