Great answer of we can do nothing. Even though it’s our fault we lost it but told you we delivered it. It all starts to sound like a scam now. Lost £100, time and nerves at a last minute dash to find replacement. I’m going to TradingStandards with this Yodel by InPost Delivery Network Hermès
I want to apologise to Yodel by InPost Delivery Network it was not them. It was Evri Parcel Support who lost the parcel and are completely unhelpful. Thank you John Lewis & Partners for your help. I got a refund, which is not exactly what I wanted but much more helpful than Evri Parcel Support
