I wanted to hate on Bam but I looked up Kobe’s 81 point box score and his last 7 points came from free throws. No Laker had a shot for the last 7 minutes in that game lol.

This is when you can tell most of y’all are just stans and not hoop fans. All you care about is protecting the legacy of your favorite player.

I'm seeing a lot of this and it's driving me kind of crazy. Someone just scored 83 points in an NBA game! Who cares how it happened? If you could BS your way to 83 someone else would've done it. Nobody's out here saying Bam is better than Kobe. Just let the cool thing happen.

In Wilt's 100 game, Philly was letting NYK score quickly in the 4Q so they could get the ball back and feed the big man. Kobe took 13 of LA's 17 FGA - and all 13 of their FTA - in the 4Q to get to 81. No one's ever scored 70+ "ethically". What Bam did is insane and joyous.

They hated on the 06 championship, they hated Bron for coming here, they hated Jimmy for being Jimmy. Just gotta accept that Miami success comes with hate

Yall do know that Wilt teammates realized he could’ve got the record and started feeding him the ball too? lol stop saying bam 83 ain’t ethical

I’m convinced if Wemby score scored 83 points in the same exact fashion, y’all would be praising him. But because bam isn’t known for scoring, you guys are just hating on him.

Erik Spoelstra still standing on not caring what anybody has to say about Bam’s historic night: “Most of the people that made comments didn’t even watch the game. That’s unethical.”
