Women are asking for more Bc women are doing more. I’m not interested just in how you can take care of me, if I’m already taking care of me. What is your character that will make me want to give you my time? What is your character that I can trust you to build something with me?

We think healing your inner child means focusing on years you were in elementary. But it’s also your middle school self. Your high school self. Honestly even your college self. All of those years you were growing so vulnerably. Revisit & make space for.

Watching so many Black women completely go after their dreams despite what everyone thinks we’re worth is beyond inspiring. Like how can you not be moved by us???

The bad news: There’s absolutely no one coming to help me launch my dreams. No one will ever love my gifts and my ideas as much as me. The good news: I’m always the best person for the job of making my dreams real. At any time, I always have everything I need to start.

God really made me a sensitive, empathic, crybaby because He knew I had great stories to tell.

Started my Monday with an hour long neighborhood walk, giggling to my favorite podcast, then chatting with my therapist, all with a salted cinnamon latte in hand. More slow mornings like this please.

I think this is just my era to be consumed by my work. I don’t think this will be my forever, nor does it mean I won’t rest, but I have entirely too many things to build. I feel the calling to create so deep, and I just need to lock in completely.

I saw someone on TikTok say that just because a person is the best partner you’ve had so far, doesn’t mean they’re the best person for you and I was stunned silent.
