Some soulful, laid back sounds from John Smith at Bristol Beacon Lantern last night. Support from handsome lizzie who flew in from the States for the tour!
Tonight’s wonderful gig by John Smith Union Chapel London was almost a religious experience - especially when he sang from the pulpit!
A lovely evening Union Chapel London with John Smith reminding us we’re all #thelivingkind Cheers, John
My first show at Underneath the Stars Festival ten years ago was one of my favourite festival gigs. It was such a warm and happy atmosphere, and I’m honoured to have been asked to return for the ten-year anniversary. I can’t wait for this show. See you there!

I cannot believe it. Without you all buying and streaming the new record, this would have been impossible.
There’s twenty years of hard work in these numbers. Time to get on with the next twenty. Thank you all!
Loving this new album by the great John Smith. Delicate, lyrical, subtle guitar: check - heartfelt, poetic lyrics: check - passionate honey and gravel voice: check - classy understated arrangements: check. Another gentle masterpiece IMHO.
Wow, that was a nice way to spend 41 minutes. Loved the stories within and about the songs. What a beautiful album. Thanks John Smith.
