School student heroes at Pimlico Academy walk out after their headteacher bans afros and colourful hijabs. They call it racism. Ten minutes down the road on the very same day, Etonians in parliament announce there is no institutional racism in Britain. Whose side are you on?

Where is the accountability? Schools can impose any hair rules on pupils, even racist ones! Department for Education ... make 'appearance' policies statutory so you can protect pupils. Schools... look at The Halo Code 👸🏾 and sign up. Schools... celebrate #BigHairAssembly with World Afro Day®
