๐จ NEW in Journal of Cyber Policy: Arindrajit Basu and I reviewed all Russian and Chinese proposals placed before the UN Ad Hoc Committee that negotiated a global cybercrime convention, and examined their impact on the "liberal cyber order".
What exactly did Russia and China want from the recently negotiated UN cybercrime negotiations? How did they differ? Who supported these proposals? And what are their implications for cyber governance? Arun Sukumar and I have some answers in our new paper (Summary in table)
