For real, though, Marvel’s street-level heroes are more interesting than their cosmic ones.

I feel like Dr. Manhattan is a better deconstruction of Superman than Injustice Superman. He doesn’t go evil — he simply becomes detached. His arc is about apathy, not tyranny, and its an overall better way of showing what too much power does to you.

DC’s universe is fundamentally mythological, not realistic (to a degree) — and that’s its strength. Trying to “Christopher Nolan” everything strips away what makes DC unique.

MCU Phase 4 wasn’t bad. People just missed the Infinity Saga formula. But there was way more good than bad.

Spidey & Daredevil gotta be the most consistently well-written Marvel heroes. The characters' stories rarely miss.
