Funke Adeoye I served in Makurdi from May 2015 to April 2016, and I completely agree with your view. The Tiv people were very welcoming of corpers from all parts of the country. They had superbly big and juicy mangoes. Such a tragedy that bad leadership keeps holding that state back! ☹️
