When self closing the reports on HackerOne , the status should be self-closed instead of NA. The performance metrics(bar charts) count all these reports as NA which is not correct. It should be easy to implement this change. Jobert Abma Chris Evans

Like we see “last internal activity” on reports, similarly there should be “First viewed by <company> at <time>” when they open a report. Lot of times companies fix the issue before triage & say that they never saw the report. This would be really helpful Jobert Abma HackerOne
