Yesterday I had the opportunity to raise the bar at Westminster, by talking about a Place based approach in #Norwich, with MPs & Lords and the changes Business in the Community Norwich Place Board will be implementing. Feeling humbled and proud in equal measures. #collabortion #bethechange

#InternationalWomensDay is many things to many people. For me, it’s about being each others cheerleaders. By day I lead a Placebased approach in Norwich and at night I train hard at Crossfit. I may not be the best but I turn up, get it done & I’m proud of what I do. #beyourself
