We are so lucky to have Dr. Esma Gel and Elisa Thomas on our team, and couldn’t have launched version 2.0 of our Women’s Power and Influence Index without them! Dr. Gel is the sole substantive faculty member and expert of TDE, and Elisa was one of our first student recruits!
