A year ago we planted phase one of our very own vineyard and today, preparation of phase two began. We use the prunnings to add depth of flavour to our smoked butter. We’ll be using leaves in canapés and dehydrating some grapes to make our very own sultanas later in the year.

Today some of our chefs are on a learning journey to London. It is something we do several times a year & has been so important for their own kitchen journey. They are hoping to go up North to Michelin restaurants in March but today two taster menus and a sneak visit to Laduree
