Just got this in the mail today. Finally got Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon 50th anniversary bluray. I'm always kinda skeptical remasters but HOLY SHIT this uncompressed surround sound mix is absolutely insane. It sounds out of this world. It is an experience.

Summer Breeze by Seals and Crofts is a nice chill song but OMG I have never listened to the whole album. There are some bangers on there that I have never heard played anywhere. Holy crap!

So to get free shipping for the NES edge connector I had to buy a knock off NES.

The replacement NES edge connector was also an AliExpress special. 😬

Replaced the edge connector on my NES tonight. No amount of blowing on the cart would get it to work anymore. Now it works on the first shot! I still need to replace the capacitors. There is some noise in the picture due to poor AC power filtering from old caps. Another time.

I'm selling stuff on FB marketplace. I really don't want to deal with shipping. Someone is begging me to ship something. Item is $30. I'm like ok paypal me $50 and I'll ship it to you. They get pissy with me because 'the price went up'. You want me to spend my time and money? 🤦‍♂️

A few people asked me if I'm going to be driving anything interesting to Garden State Fur The Weekend since its a local con. Well not really. I'll be driving the 96 Geo Metro. Good MPG, practical and I don't have to worry about it. I guess its kinda famous from Regular Car Reviews.

Saw some chewed seeds and things in the engine compartment of the Geo Metro. Figured I would check out the whole car bumper to bumper and sure enough Mr. Mouse left me some cookies in the air intake. 🙄

Another day of hustling and I ended up with a trunk load of free beanie babies. Whatever, they'll be nice cheap buys at my flea market table. It's free money.

Changed the fuel filter in the Ford Lighting. Truck ran fine but just to be safe, I got a new filter since it was sitting for 14 years. There totally was junk in the filter.

Sneaking around in the woods behind Six Flags Great Adventure. Looks like they're building new stuff in the safari area.

Fun night of just hanging out in VRChat. Felt good to do that again. Its been a while. As always things get ridiculous and I love it ha ha.

Running around all day in DeLorean. First drive with the new tires. OMG the ride quality is so nice. It's a real noticeable difference compared to the old petrified tires that were on there.

Remember that while this fandom can be an amazing place, to the outside world it can be seen as a bit strange to the uninformed. There's nothing wrong with keeping things secret if you want!
