The annual DFW Dragon Boat, Kite & Lantern Festival returned to Levy Event Plaza, bringing a day full of races, music, food, and culture.🐉 Hosted by the Marco Polo Foundation — a City of Irving grant recipient — the event celebrates community, education and cultural enrichment.
