External stressors impact all of us on the inside, and unfortunately, they can cause a terrible cycle within the lives of youth and our communities. What can we do to collectively reduce stress? How can we work together to positively impact the #mentalhealth of our communities?

This is what #youthinaction looks like! We are so proud of our youth, like Quimaiyah, who take a seat at the tables of leadership and power. Quimaiyah delivered testimony at a DC State Board of Ed meeting during the recent SY22-23 to advocate for youth mentorship and support for post-grad.

We all experience challenges, obstacles, and hindrances in our lives. How we manage them says a lot about our character and our circumstances. #TalkAboutItTuesday

We're taking some time to reminisce on our summer internship! While we focused a lot on ways to use digital media for social good, we also created spaces to relax, bond with our peers, self-reflect, and dedicate time to self-care. #SEL
