The average 2023 gender wage gap in Boston is now 21 cents. The Greater Boston 2023 Gender and Racial Wage Gap Measurement Program Report, conducted by Boston Women's Workforce Council revealed that in Greater Boston, women earn 79 cents for every dollar a man earns. bostonglobe.com/2023/12/06/bus…
