While at The Bryan Museum in Galveston for Juneteenth, I also did a storytime with my children's book, Ava and the Prince, for Galveston ISD students. It's been a while since I've done one, but it's always a great feeling.

A lovely afternoon at The Bryan Museum with Gene Wu & Winston. Lots of Texas & Mexico history. I especially enjoyed the Kermit Oliver exhibit, especially since he just painted a portrait of Rep. Senfronia Thompson.
