Terrible service from service dept at Superstition Springs Dodge. 10 days to get appt, month at dealer, only to be told they were buying out our lifetime warranty and not repairing the car unless we paid out of pocket.

DO NOT BUY a lifetime MOPAR warranty for your Chrysler. It is a nightmare getting pay out from them. They won't issue check with tracking. They won't even mail it directly to you. In our case it has to go to another dealership first, then ours, then to us.

Shout out to americanair. Trip planned to Israel this week. Called Mon night to cancel flight. From time I placed call until I hung up: FOUR minutes. After 24 hours, requested refund online: two minutes. Day 3, request approved. This morning, day 4, money is in account. Thanks!
