I love GnuPG, it's got that classic thing where it's immensely useful but accomplishing any common task requires a PhD in arcane rituals and risks ruining your whole setup. It's basically a roguelike!

I try to tell folks that if you're selling something for developers you absolutely need to be paying attention to Developer Relations & Developer Marketing. No one cares what your thing is if no one can understand how to use it.
