I've only seen BLR Airport do Digiyatra right, till now. Every other airport that I've been to with Digiyatra facilities, either has broken machines or introduces some more manual checks in addition to the face scanning, defeating the purpose of it.

If the state governments kept traffic violation fines at reasonable price, I'm sure it would've been a great source of income for the state treasury. People are anyways paying the "reasonable" fines only (instead of the exorbitant ones) but it's all going black & unaccounted for.
