Because NPD is a real diagnosis, I try not to use terms like 'narcissist' as an insult. It's not necessary, and I think it contributes to stigma 🤷🏽‍♀️

My daughter passed in January.

She born a diabetic she was severely ill when she didn’t have insulin.

Healthcare didn’t provide more due to insurance being switched over from moving states.
