I saw a post warning people about an extortion scam. You’ll get an email with a grainy photo of your house. The threat is that they will publish explicit photos of you if you don’t pay up. If I get that email, I’ll apologize now, because I’m saying publish them. 😂

I was adopted at 5. No dad, distant mom. For a long time, I had a problem with "honor your father and mother" Seemed easy for the kids with a carpool mom and t-ball coach dad. But what about me? Then it was explained to me: Honoring is about our actions, not theirs.

This is your framework for solving every problem in your life: - Observe: what's the problem - Reflect: how did you get here - Discuss: where should you be headed - Plan: make a plan for change - believe you can change - Accountability: find accountability - Act: go do the plan

Hot take: spontaneity is overrated. I made a decision to take time every Sunday to take my wife’s van and fill up her gas tank. To make sure I didn’t miss, I put an alarm on my phone for every Sunday. I know we need to change our air filters in our house. So I don’t forget, I

This debate reminds me of a recent Joshua Lisec, Ghostwriter tweet. My take on his original thought: If you want something to be true, just keep saying it as if it’s true. It will eventually become true.

I thought my mother-in-law liked me. I thought my mother-in-law was a good person. I thought my mother-in-law was supportive of our family. Then... My mother-in-law sent my kids home with the loudest rubber chickens I've ever heard in my entire life. 3 kids. 3 chickens.

Wife: “Can you handle this task for me?” 🤡: “Yea, just remind me.” 👑: “I’ll take care of it. Consider it handled.” *gets it done without needing reminder*
