Reform, Restore, Reform Today our students received an assembly on the consequences of prison, criminal behaviour, anti-gangs, county lines, anti-carrying of weapons, substance misuse and peer pressure. An invaluable lesson in how education can help us make better choices.

An early start this morning!

I am thrilled to have been re-elected for a third term as Kent’s PCC. Thank you to everyone who supported me. I will work hard to repay the trust you have placed in me again and deliver on the promises that I have made.

I am pleased to be supporting the #ShopKind campaign. I am putting into place a new Retail Crime Board to bring together policing and retailers to address assaults on shop workers and thefts. I am also supporting plans for a dedicated offence of assaulting a shop worker.

Year 6 enjoyed their visit from Francis of Reform Restore Respect today to talk about his life after prison and how he now helps schools and the police. The children learnt a great deal and asked very thoughtful questions. RRR Charity (UK)
