30 miles covered today from Kendal to Penrith through the Lake District and over a mountain. Took the harder route over the mountain specifically to see more of the Lake District and it did not disappoint. Mad to think how far my legs have taken me so far

I can now officially say I have run the entire length of the United Kingdom. 896 miles of pain, horrible terrain, relentless hills and some of the maddest weather changes you could imagine. Gonna finally go for a shower, get a beer and edit the last video before going home.
