Carryout killarney the third in our Reeks Series for The Friends of Irish Whiskey. 'The Big Gun' is a Pot Still from our Estate Barley, matured in a 118L Ruby Port cask. People are saying it's our best yet.... 210 x 500ml bottles @ โฌ80. 55.9%. There's a few bottles not reserved.

Iโve sat with this Waterford Distillery #Koffi for nearly 2 weeks since they sent it to me and I must sayโฆโฆitโs incredibly good. Easily the best they have produced and Iโm off to purchase a bottle! Excellent nose, complex palate and a medium finish. Winner winnerโฆ.recommended!

Lazy day in front of the ๐ฅ, so I poured a dram of the Killone from Waterford Distillery, their first Organic Single Farm bottle released for the 2023 Growersโ Gathering. As w/ all their organic, biodynamic & heritage releases, the barley really is the star of the show here. Lovely๐ค
