I managed about a year of healthier eating and weight loss but hit a plateau and have recently started slipping back into bad habits as food becomes the solution to feeling bad about just about everything. Some kind of non-caloric feel-good something would sure be nice. 😣

I slept for almost 12 hours last night - combo of still not feeling great with sinus issue and general depression - and now I’m not sure I will ever be tired again. 😩

Fanfic is usually my distraction/escape, but lately the stories I’m finding are stressing me out. Not enough comfort and communication and commitment and too many breakups and fights and miscommunications. I’m alone and sad, I don’t want my fav characters also alone and sad. 😞

Things and people that are usually just minor irritations are absolutely infuriating me lately to the point where I am *this* close to snapping at people on an almost daily basis. I don’t know if my patience has just evaporated or it’s the depression or hormones or what. 😡

Can there just be a blanket stop on asking fans who see the same celeb frequently “do they recognize you yet?” or any variation of same? Actor, musician, whatever… if the answer is no, and it often is, the question is just setting the fan up to feel bad.

Exactly a year ago I was living out the most traumatic night of my life alone. Fucked with my body and really fucked with my head. Never felt resolved or like I was able to make peace with it. Keep hoping time will eventually soften the edges but they are still pretty sharp.
