So far this month I've been pleasantly surprised, disappointed but not that surprised, and thought something was good but I could tell it wasn't a good adaptation. Lets see how this holds up (and maybe next year see if the sequel really is full of gay undertones).

The scare factor in Freddy is lessened from years of seeing more comedic scenes with him already but I can't help but notice that the finale already lessened his impact by having Nancy hurt him with looney tunes home alone gags.

Well now I'm glad I know its a double cop out. Having Freddy die like this would be so lame. No fear equals a weak Freddy is fine sure but this actually reviving all her friends would be so lame.

Eeeeeeh....

I was kinda meh on that. I can see why it was popular but its sort of like watching Alien after years of seeing the xenomorph in pop culture. I've been too overexposed to Freddy for him to scare me. I'll give it a full review in the morning.
