This is not true. State law can apply to federal agents who break the law, provided the prosecution isn’t targeting conduct that is reasonably necessary to carry out federal duties. The Supremacy Clause is a significant shield for federal officers, yes, but it isn’t absolute.

This is false. Stephen Miller is giving ICE officers a legal right that they do not have. There is a Supremacy Clause but that ONLY APPLIES when the officer uses “no more force than necessary and proper” according to federal law. It does not give them carte blanche to be violent
