Tech report on "FastPay: High-Performance Byzantine Fault Tolerant Settlement" is online (arxiv.org/abs/2003.11506) along with prototype code (github.com/calibra/fastpay). We show Byzantine Fault Tolerant settlement can scale up to global retail payments volumes.
