1st time running first leg !, 10.8 split, 🥇

It was cold and windy, but still had a great pr dropped it off by .16.

DMR in the morning placed and got medals!! Ran the 800m in the afternoon bad head wind all day

Today was the McNamara Mustang Invitational meet in Maryland. In discus i shot my way up from 4th to 2nd with a pr! shot put wasn’t all that good but, i won’t stop working and i will push harder for improvement. Xavier Morris Shaquelle Lewis Jarrick Wright LC Track & Field CNU TFXC

I didn’t really want to run this but my ego got to me and I wanted to beat my teammate Ayden Thacker he always pushing me in the 400 so I’m glad I got to race him haven’t ran the open 4 since 10th grade. Love you bro.

First 200 in since 10th grade but still got a pr, I’m going to cut it down I’m no time.

NEW PR!! Might be a small pr but a pr is a pr in my book🤷🏾‍♂️. Very proud of myself especially since I was doubting myself a little. Getting faster with time⏳🙏🏽

Didn’t get a pr but I’m staying consistent, gonna keep training with my teammate Chrishe’ Vo he been pushing me in practice to get better love you bro.

NEW PR!! Been waiting a long time to see it and it happened at cosmos yesterday afternoon. I ran a 2:07.63 and got first overall in the boys SR division 800m run. Then my team and I got first in the 4x4. Can’t wait for what the future holds🙏🏽

this meet (staunton river golden eagle invitational) was my last regular meet of this outdoor season, on to regionals and states!! (more than likely nationals!) i pr’d 5 feet in discus, i love consistency.

Another PR today in the 800!! Cutting the time down slowly but surely. Regionals up next, can’t wait to what’s in store, it’s all in his hands🙏🏽

This was a great way to end the season and I’m happy with how I ended it. Came into the meet 22nd in the region left 16th. Got to spend a meet one last time with my seniors, they are going to go do great things in college🖤I can’t wait for next season, many more PR’s to come🙏🏽
