In her closing remarks, Rugsha Sivanandan of NCCT said the pursuit of the Eelam Tamil right to self-determination will continue. The song “Nampungal Tamil Eelam Naalai Pirakkum” - believe it, Tamil Eelam will be born - was played to conclude the ceremony.
