Well said Pmanleytax. My irony-o-meter exploded when I read that tweet. The usual HMRC apologists are now coming out to justify why retrospection is OK in UK when dealing with #LoanCharge but must be fought elsewhere. Staggering display of cognitive dissonance from HMRC fanbois
Telegraph Politics @SteveBakerHW The Government would have faced 'certain' defeat on #LoanCharge #NC31 Act if Tory APPG members (90+) has stuck to principles & supported by opposition leadership.......sadly neither happened. How many more lives will be lost with payment deadline in THREE DAYS?
I see the usual crazies are out causing mischief following Pmanleytax decision. Hopefully, people are able to see through the BS and focus on how much Phil did for them and how much this LC shitshow has damaged him. All because he tried to help YOU. Normally for free.
Keith M Gordon This was not an issue when the privileged and elite used schemes to reduce tax liabilities. Only when the less privileged joined and used the same rules did it became an issue!
Behind you all the way Eamonn Holmes OBE. Wishing you the very best of luck. #HMRCShambles This Morning's Eamonn Holmes takes HMRC to court over £250,000 tax bill mirror.co.uk/3am/celebrity-…
@loanchargelegal @ASB__1984 This will never be enough evidence for some who will always be out to undermine any litigation route that isn't their preferred one. The people who contributed know what's going on and we await HMRC response and a further update on progress on LCL site. i.e. ignore these clowns
