Hey Southwest Airlines, this should come as no shock to you but I’m on a 4 hour flight from STL to LAS and your incompetence has led to yet another flight without wifi. I would have thought after your meltdown in December you would have learned, but systemic incompetence doesn’t.

Please Secretary Pete Buttigieg do something with these airlines. americanair held us hostage on tarmac at DFW for over 40 minutes causing many of us to miss our connecting flight. No apologies. No refunds. Please enact new penalties for this behavior so they learn lessons.
