A huge well done to colleagues on Wards B4 and A10, who have just won their new Blue StARS awards. These awards show excellent standards of high care and quality following repeated assessments. Every member of each team can be rightly proud of their care and achievements. 💙🌟

A&E departments in our local hospitals are currently very busy. Staff are working hard to ensure people get treated as quickly as possible – but are prioritising those with the highest clinical needs first, meaning longer than average wait times for less urgent care.
