Because of an increase in SMS-based phishing attacks, we've asked all of our customers to reset their passwords the next time they login to the TM platform. We're posting this here to reassure customers that it's a genuine request, originating from the TM team. Thank you 🔐💪

We are experiencing some technical issues which may be affecting some of our customers’ ability to send or receive messages; in some cases this may also include gaining access to any of our services. We’re sorry that this is happening. We will provide an update at 12PM today.

API traffic is now being sent through our platform, a little slower than usual, but it's going. Customers who send messages directly via our platform are still unable to do so, and we continue to work to restore full access.

We've messaged our customers to advise that API traffic should be flowing normally over the weekend, but access to our online platform remains offline. We're very sorry for the inconvenience caused. We'll continue to provide updates on social media.
