Appreciate the comments MedranoMacro! It's been a hectic couple of months finally making time for "full-time" trading, but soooo totally worth it. I think you traders know what I mean.😀

Today, I followed my mantra "Fiercely protect my capital. Fearlessly go for my setups." I have been reviewing my trades every day. It's such a laborious part of the process, but there's no way around it to improve every day. Have a great trading week!

Heard "things get worse before they get better." So true in our trading too. Been improving, but OMG when there are periods of setbacks it's so tough mentally, emotionally. Recognizing that it's part of the process of becoming a better trader helps us to persevere & keep going.

Having the discipline to NOT trade when there aren't any great setups that meet your criteria should be considered just as great of a performance in itself as going for a great trade setup and doing well on it. Anyone feel this way? Yet, it's so tempting all the time.
