We had the opportunity to have First Tee – Greater Akron come in these last two days and provide lessons in golf!! Here the kids are practicing their chip shot into the hippo 🦛and driving into the target 🎯!!

Tallmadge PE and Health Lead Teachers headed over to Kalahari for two days to attend the #oahperd state conference!! We learned so many new activities and skills to bring back to our classes!! #physed #healtheducation

Our K-4 students trained to become ninjas 🥷 by going through the 6 ninja courses from OPEN Phys Ed Ninja Warrior Skills module!! A great lesson for first week back!! #physed #ninjaskills #TESPE Mrs. Dove

3rd grade Winter Olympics!! Thanks to all the staff, parent volunteers, and especially Mrs. Crawford for such a fun morning for these kids. Shout out to the Middle School Choir for singing the National Anthem prior to both 3rd and 4th grade Winter Olympics.

The students have been working hard on their rope jumping skills these last two days. Today they participated in Jump to 100! Roll the dice, do that many jumps and mark those off on the 100’s chart! They were so engaged!! #physed #jumprope #TESPE

Our TES Field Days kicked off today with the 5th grade! It was a BEAUTIFUL day - thank you to everyone who helped organize and run such a fun event for our students!

Field Day kicked off yesterday with our 5th grade classes. It was bittersweet for many of the parent volunteers, marking the last field day before these kids move on to middle school. What a beautiful day with sunny weather and lots of fun.

Just finished decorating the gym for the upcoming school year! I’m especially loving our calming corner—a perfect little space for students to take a mindful break—and our brand new affirmation station to help start each day with confidence and positivity. 💪💫 #physed #TESPE
