Pat is one of the best leaders I have known since his (little) brother and I were at West Point Prep. He has always been open to mentoring young officers no matter his position and time constraints. Pat is also a good friend and #GoodDude. The 82d is fortunate to have him lead them.

Very sorry to hear that former Arlington Treasurer Frank O'Leary has died. Among other things, Frank loved crunching the numbers on elections & extrapolating what turnout might look like, etc. He also raised a ton of money for charities, including people with disabilities. RIP.
