Rock is frame 0 and has the most generous cancel window of the roster. Scissors and Paper have the same startup, but Scissors can kara cancel into Paper. Paper is committal, but wins against rock plus mental damage. Not perfectly balanced, but pretty close. Everyone is viable.

1) As some of you may already have heard, BabyBear 's house was broken in to while we were away. Her streaming laptop and some cash was stolen. We relied on it to make content and need to get a replacement. I have set up a GoFundMe page that I will link in the comments.
