Proud to present our work in JAMA Surgery today documenting use of supervised exercise therapy in patients with #claudication undergoing intervention across 5 payor groups. SET within 12 months of intervention was 0.05%. #WeCanDoBetter shorturl.at/65mia

Only 0.05% of patients undergoing outpatient PVI for claudication received supervised exercise therapy (SET) within 1 year before their procedure in our study across multiple insurance types. We need better SET availability, reimbursement, and implementation.
