Took off a plot today and weighed the results with combine’s Active Yield vs our tender. Important call out that one can’t always watch the yield monitor when evaluating strip/small scale trials. Over the course of the whole field they’re accurate but not on individual passes

Great week out in the Central Valley of California looking through product with ⁦Dave Hoy⁩ Phil and Joe. You always learn something when you are out there. Sometimes it’s about corn and sometimes it’s about one of the other 200+ crops growing out there.

Took a look in the circle next to some dryland corners we are harvesting. LG Seeds 64C43 is looking amazing!

This LG Seeds 5643 irrigated corn is getting close to harvest and showing excellent plant health and high yield potential. Won’t be long till harvest here.

La Niña has ended, and the tropical Pacific is now in a neutral state—neither La Niña nor El Niño. Without those patterns influencing the atmosphere, it’s harder to anticipate seasonal shifts in rain or temperatures. Neutral likely lasts through fall. climate.gov/news-features/…
