#Protip for anyone watching #WWDC24 videos in Safari on Mac: my extension Vidimote for Safari can add speed, skip fwd/backward 10 sec and remaining time controls to Safari's PiP window. More info: vidimote.app

I ask a friend to finally sign up with PayPal Deutschland. She does and sends me a test payment. I get it and refund it. The result: Her account gets suspended for suspicious activity. WTF.

So, why do we have two permission dialogs for the same screen recording entitlement on macOS Sequoia now? First, we get the “<app> would like to record this computer’s screen and audio.” Fine. But subsequently, we get “<app> can access this computer’s screen and audio.” Huh!?
