GameStop filed a 10K amendment. Way earlier than they needed to. Nice to know they're on point. gamestop.gcs-web.com/sec-filings/se… 'As of March 20, 2024, there were 194,270 record holders of our Class A Common Stock.'

A decrease of 3,681 since last years 10K.

One more item on subject of record holders - In case people are not aware, record holders is NOT a tally of how many people own shares. It's a tally of how many ACCOUNTS hold shares at the transfer agent. A person with 30 Computershare accounts would count as 30 record holders.
