Disappointing news on this important trial. 3 arms, non-inferiority to attempt deintensification for early HPV related OP cancers. What do we do now? There is clearly at least two groups of patients with this cancer. Many respond to deintensified therapy, but clearly not all.

At this point, the USNWR Top 20 list tells us more about the aspirations and strategy of the institutions that are choosing to continue to participate.
