We were tasked with Designing and Construction supervision of Lifestyle Bustani, a gated community consisting of 108 units of semi detached houses on a 10 acre piece of land in Tatu City.

Fencing works completed at the house in Kajiado. Tectura is an all round firm, encompassing all aspects of the project, From Design to Finishes.

In 2021 Tectura was contracted to design a strip mall at Kahawa sukari. The development was officially opened in September 2022, with Naivas supermarket as the anchor tenant and a few retailers such as KFC Restaurant and Shell Petrol station.

ECOVALE is a modern 1,2 and 3 bedroom residential development in Rongai Town, Tectura was contracted as the supervising architects. #Designbuild
