Thought I would provide an update to my Prusa XL tool 5 not probing correctly. After all the troubleshooting Prusa swapped it out for a new tool assembly. The new tool has been printing flawlessly again and again. Something was just "off" in that original tool from day 1.

Prusa has obx nextruder nozzles in stock. That stung a little on the wallet.
