Tinker along with us as we explore OctoStudio, an amazing coding tool dreamed up by our friends at Lifelong Kindergarten Research Group 🥳 It's playful, free, and centers learners' ideas. And it makes use of mobile device inputs so you can combine physical+digital making in VERY cool ways. More soon!

By far most beautiful #STEM project I’ve ever done! Ss designed and built pendulums to learn about gravity, force &motion. Ss wanted to use them to create BIG beautiful STAR art. They had agency in every step. Can you find the Nebula? Derek Schuemann Julia's #STEAMing up Learning! dailySTEM Chris Woods #fun

Still trying to get home from #csta2024 Our original flight out of LAS was cancelled last Thursday during Global outage. We are on Day 8 of cancelled and delayed flights due to the Delta meltdown. Crossing our fingers that we will arrive at BTV today —costing us $$$$

Great start to a Monday - when you walk into a school to lead a maker summer camp and meet the tech person who says he knows you “You were my middle school Steam/tech teacher 15 years ago! “🥹
