After a 20 yr absence from playing before this season, today was the day…my first ever senior 50! 🏏5️⃣0️⃣ But pulling my hamstring when I was 3 runs short of my half century clwasn’t in the plan 😫 Had to limp through in agony with a runner for the rest of the innings to score 59

Not only was it great to get my first 50, I had a 100 partnership with a team mate who also got his first 50 today. So special because I used to teach him! Who’d have thought that when he arrived as an 11yr old that about 15yrs later we’d both score our first ever 50’s together!
