I’m exhausted.

I’m experiencing true leadership through vulnerability and courage this morning... thank you Jon Freier for breaking the silence.

I am not ok. Many of us are not. And I think @tmobile and Jon Freier for acknowledging that in a national forum. Not all heroes where capes. Thank you to Terrance Glover and everyone else who shared their story. Put it on speaker and let this whole team experience this with me.

I try to keep my political views at bay. An employee’s or a customer’s assessment of me through a political prism is unhelpful. Advocating for equality and the extermination of racism is not political. Unfollow me if you disagree. I stand for equality for all. Period.

The KKK attended our protests yesterday and were the ones who incited the violence by throwing rocks and bottles & breaking windows yet the media said it was “people from out of town” CALL IT WHAT IS. Let’s be real.

We’re on the same side.
